Refund Policy
Test the M3U playlist free for a day. If you've paid and it's not the right fit, you've got 24 hours to claim it back.
At M3u IPTV, we want you happy with the M3U playlist you're paying for. This Refund Policy spells out what's covered before you buy, and what's covered after.
1. Free Trial Comes First
Before you pay a cent, you can run our 24-hour free trial. No credit card. You get the full M3U playlist URL, every channel, HD and 4K streams — the same product paying subscribers get. The trial ends after 24 hours on its own. You're not charged unless you decide to subscribe.

2. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
Paid for a plan and it's not working out? You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment.
- The request must reach us within 24 hours of the original charge.
- Refunds cover first-time purchases only — they don't cover renewals.
- We refund to whatever payment method you used.
- Funds land back with you in roughly 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. How to Ask for a Refund

Drop in the email you signed up with and roughly when you paid. We act on refund requests within 48 hours of getting them.
4. Renewals
If you've signed up for a recurring plan, you'll want to cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't refundable. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid one. Need help cancelling? Message support and we'll do it for you.
5. When Refunds Don't Apply
A few situations are outside the guarantee:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the original payment.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions (sharing logins, reselling the playlist, that kind of thing).
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank — talk to us directly first, we'll sort it faster.
6. If You're Hitting Technical Issues
Buffering, channels that won't load, the M3U URL refusing to import — message support before you ask for a refund. Most of these are app-side fixes that take a couple of minutes. Our team's on WhatsApp around the clock, every day.
7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy when we need to. Updates kick in the day they're published. If you subscribed before a change, the rules at the time of your purchase still apply to you.
